Check
your Email with Outlook 2007
It's
a good idea to have your Internet
Xpress Account Information
handy when you follow these setup instructions.
1.
In
Outlook 2007 go to Tools --> Account Settings
2.
On
the Account Settings screen, on the E-mail tab, Click the New button
Click Next
3.
Fill
in Your Name, E-mail Address and Password at the bottom of the current window
click on manually configure server settings.
Click
Next
4.
Click
the Internet Email button
Click
Next
5.
Ensure
the Your Name and E-mail address are entered correctly, and enter the
following:
My incoming mail server is a POP3
server.
Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.plix.com,
mail.plixtel.com, mail.ultraplix.com or mail.domain.com
Outgoing
Mail (SMTP) server: mail.plix.com,
mail.plixtel.com, mail.ultraplix.com or mail.domain.com
Enter
your Internet Xpress User Name and Password for plix accounts. On Account name Plixtel, ultraplix and
domain name addresses need to enter complete e-mail address.
6.
Click
More Settings –Put a check in:
The Outgoing Mail Sever
requires authentication. And click
on Use the same settings as my incoming server.

Finish, and you are done.
