PLIX Bandwidth Test
This Bandwidth Test sends one file of known size over the network to your computer, measures the time required for the file to successfully download at the destination, and thereby obtains a theoretical figure for the data speed between these points. Your speed or "Bandwidth" is usually (and in this case) expressed in kilobits per second (Kbps).
