From the expanded menu on the left, you only need to be concerned about the one that says "Quarantined Mail". This is where you go every few days for the first month or so to see if the anything has been trapped in spam that you wish to ad to the whitelist. Also, you will see a place in the middle of the page to manually add email addresses to your white list.

There is lots of extra stuff, but everything you really need to do is in the Quarantined Mail section or on the Whitelist.
